Staking its claim in the fruit and fig bar business, Daddy Ray's opened the doors on a new 65,000 sq ft bakery in Moscow Mills Missouri in 1998. Now more than five years after startup, over 20 millions pounds of fruit-filled bars pour off the plant's state-of-the-art production line annually, supplying private label clients and grocery organizations through the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Ray & Darlene Henry - Family & Staff

While Daddy Ray's is a large commercial manufacturer of baked goods, it is run "family style."  Ray Henry, President, concentrates heavily on sales and technical aspects, bringing 42 years of experience to the operation. Ray, along with wife and partner, Darlene, who manages the administrative side of the business, rely on family members to achieve a "team" concept. Daughter, Kathleen, is Business Manager; son-in-law Skip is Plant Manager; son, Dennis handles Purchasing and Inventory Control, and son-in-law Rick is Maintenance Supervisor. Other supervisors have been "adopted" into the family.
